Terms of Service

All Commission prices on this page are base costs, and subject to change on a case by case basis. An estimate will be given for each commission, and once the price is agreed upon it is not subject to change. I accept Paypal, Square, Stripe, Google Wallet and Zelle for payments, I do NOT accept crypto currency.

Commission Process:

Payment → Sketch → Revisions (if any) → Completion

If your commission is over 100 dollars you may ask for work in progress (WIP) shots at any point. Limited to once per week.

Revisions:

Up to 3 revisions are allowed during the sketch phase. Afterwards a fee will be charged for each additional revision. Revisions must be reasonable. Examples: Pose not quite right, facial expression is off, requesting a different prop. Basically as long as I don’t have to redraw the piece entirely.

Making sure all character colors are correct once you have seen the finished piece is not considered a revision unless it becomes excessive (more than 3 changes).

Cancellations:

I reserve the right to cancel any commission at any time for any reason I see fit. In a situation when a cancellation becomes necessary the following process will be followed.

If a cancellation becomes necessary on the part of the client and the commission work is completed:

If the commission is cancelled during the sketch phase, the client will cover the cost of the sketch.

If the commission is cancelled during the finishing phase, the client will be charged for 50-75% of the completed piece, depending on how much is completed.

If a cancellation become necessary on the part of the artist:

The results of a cancellation on part of the artist will be decided on a case by case basis.
